The space between the words
I believe that a strong practice in creating space has transformed my life. I currently use a mixture of practices and philosophies: reiki, meditation, yoga, ACIM, Buddhism, Taoism to name but a few, to keep myself in balance.
These ancient practices connect us to a truth known by our ancestors, mostly forgotten these days. This truth can’t be told simply in words but needs to be discovered and experienced for oneself.
I believe my own practice grounds me, gives me an unwavering belief in myself and my purpose and allows me to evolve into ever-expanding, limitless possibilities.
Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it. RUMI
A large part of my wellbeing practice revolves around language – writing and reading. Although what I’m talking about here concerns a different, vibrational form of communicating through energy and emotions, as humans we give and receive this information mostly through words.
I’m currently writing and illustrating a children’s book which revolves around my own thoughts on what I’ve learnt about philosophy and spirituality – I’ll be sharing more details on this soon.
I also love to write about my own self-development as an over-thinking creative. I’m passionate about philosophy, psychology, energy, quantum physics and spirituality and my writing revolves around my research and journey into the light and dark aspects of these topics.
