Try to get out of your head this week. When problems, worries or anxieties arise, move down into your heart-space and allow faith to guide you. Stop trying to understand how, why, what, where and when, and just go with what is. Know in your heart that what is happening is okay purely because it is. Allow your problems, worries and anxieties to be a part of this. They too are guiding you. Fully accepting this should give you a great sense of peace.
